Refund policy

All puzzles may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original packaging (including the outer cellophane on puzzle boxes, if applicable).

Sorry - seasonal puzzles (Halloween, Christmas, etc.) are not returnable.

Please note that shipping costs and tax are nonrefundable, and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

To request a return, email us at orders@puzzlenookstore.com with your order number, the products you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll respond within two business days with next steps.
